Set expectations clearly
Explain whether an RSVP confirms attendance, joins a waiting list, or requests approval. Show the relevant time zone and privacy information before submission, and provide an accessible success state afterwards.
Operate the event
Test registration, confirmation, calendar saving, updates, exports, and cancellation handling. A simple event link is enough when responses are not required; product-generated registrations may need a dedicated backend integration instead.
